1. Shipping Information
We offer reliable worldwide shipping for all orders, including pet toys, stress relief toys, plush dolls and related accessories.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
- International delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local logistics or holidays.
- All orders will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information to avoid delivery failure.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated based on your destination, package weight and product quantity.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualified orders.
3. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels and original accessories must be intact.
- Clearance items, personalized custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, certain pet toys are non-returnable once opened.
4. How to Start a Return

- Provide your order number, product name and reason for return
- Wait for our return approval and return instructions
- Send the package back following our guidance
Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by our side.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive broken, damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos.
We will provide free replacement, partial refund or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not available, and you need to apply for return after receiving the package.
